There aren't longer spring bars to increase your tailgate clearance but you can replace the shank of your WDH to gain some additional clearance. A standard shank on an Equal-i-zer WDH is about 12" in length so you could swap to the 18" # EQ90-02-4600 or # EQ90-02-4500 for an additional 6" of clearance. You won't be able to get a full extra 12" of clearance but this should help a bit. Based on my research your 2017 Airstream Basecamp travel trailer has a 4,000 lb Dexter Torflex axle; for that axle the correct lift kit is the Torflex Lift Kit - Single Axle - 2-5/8" Lift # K71-707-01.
This lift kit is a fit for a #10 Torflex axle with capacities between 2,300 lbs and 4,000 lbs. I do recommend verifying that you have this axle with the manufacturer, and if you do have it, this will work for you.

All of our RV covers are designed to cover the entire travel trailer so the best I could offer is something of a tarp like the Erickson Truck/Trailer Tarp # EM57051 which measures 12' x 24'. We have a variety of sizes though so if this doesn't work let me know the size of your Airstream.

To measure for a drop or rise you'll first need your tow vehicle and trailer to be on level ground with the trailer leveled as well. Then you'll measure from the ground to the top of the inside of the receiver on your 2021 Toyota Tacoma. Before you begin choosing a weight distribution system you would need to contact the trailer manufacturer to make sure this is allowed as aluminum frame trailers can be limited in this application. Your photo suggests that the space available on your Airstream Basecamp trailer's frame to install the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk # CC-275 is just not large enough for a good fit. The Bike Bunk's brackets are almost 5-inches wide and it appears you'd have to do some serious cutting on your propane cover. On such a nice new premium travel trailer like the Basecamp I can see why this might make it more desirable to find another bike carrying solution.

It is very likely the Jack-It 2 Bike Rack for A-Frame Trailers # LC429756 will work with your Airstream but we don't have any way of knowing specific fits for this rack as it is a universal part. You will be able to tell pretty easily with just a couple measurements though.
So long as your trailer has a jack with a tube that is up to 2-1/4" diameter, and you have 22-1/2" of clearance above the trailer frame, you can use the Jack-It.

The Adco Polypropylene Storage Lot RV Cover # 290-74839 is the correct cover for your 2021 Airstream Basecamp 20. The length of the Basecamp 20 is 20' from the ball to the back of the trailer. When selecting a cover you are not going to be covering the trailer tongue which will shorten the length of cover.
